Service Agreement

Confidentiality – Please note that we handle all documents confidentially.

Checking and revisions – We take care in the preparation of your documents and the customer has the responsibility for a final check. A consultant, at no cost to you, can modify your document for up to 14 days after delivery of the finalized document. For amendments, please contact your consultant.

Pricing – Pricing depends upon the type of work and complexity involved.

Turnaround time – It is dependent upon the amount of work. No work will be delivered or emailed until we have received the payment in full. For work required under 24 hours or involving weekends or public holidays or on the spot will incur an additional surcharge.

Payment – Charges must be received by the company before a final copy of the document can be given to the client.
